FEMFORCE #54
Synopsis:
Lumbering about in the Everglades after last issue, Frightenstein stumbles upon an abandoned Antibellum mansion floating in mid-air above the swamp's surface- the sanctum sanctorum of Nightveil!! Wandering inside to rest, the brute accidently knocks over a bottle of mystic fluid. The bath temporarily gives him a new ability that makes him more dangerous than ever. When Tara's friend Bulldog Deni flies off in a rage to avenge the death of her pet at the hands of the monster, she and Synn try to stop her. But in the end, it is Deni (with the aid of a confiscated flame-thrower) that turns the tables and saves the Femforcers from the monster. While in another part of the world, another storm- the Desert kind, is about to spawn a new superheroine.
