FEMFORCE #132
Synopsis:
This issue is a real potpourri of top-flight "good girl art" action,
starting off with an awesome painted cover of Buckaroo Betty, done
by Ed Coutts. It fronts for the way-out Western story that Ed and
writer Paul Monsky crafted, " The Devil's Right Hand". Spagetti
Westerns were never like this- unless served with a generous helping
of cheesecake!!
The unpredictable Rad and her sometimes-partner The
Black Terror open up with the first installment of their multi-issue
manhunt for an old enemy in "Mission Prometheus- Part One",
written and inked by multitalented Chris Irving, and drawn by talented
newcomer Kevin Stokes.
Team leader Ms. Victory gets the solo spotlight
in a tale of urban action called "The Getaway" by the team
of writer Enrico Toeodorani and Antonio Conversano.
The bodacious
Blue Bulleteer braks up an arcane human sacrifice in the short feature
titled "Rites of Evil", also by Teodorani and Conversano.
The talented Italian team returns for a third round this issue, a
Cave Girl jungle action guest-story, "Cave Girl vs The Sons of
N'Drokk"
Speaking of guest-stars, Miss Masque appears in an untold
tale set in the late 1940's, "My Own Murder", written by
the prolific Chris Irving (with edits by Stephanie Sanderson-Heike)
and art by Ollie Drac and Mark G. Heike. Six where else can you find
six different beauitiful and buxom heroines, in six different stories,
all in one great comic? 44 pages, black & white with color covers,
standard comic book size. Printed in 2005. |
