Riding the wave of popularity from the recent
JLA/Avengers comic crossover, ToyBiz and Mattel have entered
into a joint venture and are finally releasing figure produced
from the Amalgam Universe. These figures had been made years
ago but never released due to a disagreement between Marvel
and DC. These figures have been placed on the fast track and
will be released by Christmas 2003.
The line includes figures
from Bruce Wayne: Agent of Shield. Bruce Wayne, MoonWing,
Huntress and Nick Fury. Also being released in a deluxe form
are two
2-packs. These will feature DC VS Marvel packaging. The first
2-pack will include Animal Man VS Wonderman, the second will
be Captain Atom VS Captain Marvel.
