These are the recipes, and some were more fun to make than others.
Lion-O, Lord of the Thundercats.
Mattel animated Batman base, witha STAS Supes
head. Magic Sculpt for the hair, and shearing elastic for the
costume piping. The sword was made up from bits, and the clawshield
is from a Mummies Alive figure.
Tygra.
Again a Mattel animated Batman base, but
with the arms repositioned. I did this by cutting, regluing
and then sanding them into shape. The head is a BNAS Bruce
wayne head with Green Stuff hair. The Bola whip is again
made up from bits I had lying around.
Cheetara.
Speed Racer Trixie was used for this one,
I dremelled her hair away and added some new from an X-Men
Jean Grey. The boot tops are elastic bands, and the staff
is from some odd staff from my weapons box.
Panthro.
This is a JL Superman body, with STAS
Capture Net Superman, arms crotch and legs. The head
is an X-Men Thunderbird's smoothe dover with Magic Sculpt.
The ears come from a Spidey Green Goblin. The straps
are elastic bands covered in superglue to stop them perishing.
The nunchuks are, yep you guessed it, bis from my bits
box.
Mumm-Ra.
Head - Evil Ernie (Mac) head with Phantasm
hood.
Body - Wild Wild West Will Smith figure with Final
Fantasy trench coat parts.
Arms - Betelgeuse with Creeper hands.
Legs - Scarecrow .
plus bits of vinyl cut into strips for the rags.
Mumm-Ra Transformed.
This was a BTAS Killer Croc, witha cut
down Magneto helmet. The skirt was made from a vinyl pencil
case, particually for the pattern on it. The helmet strips
are cut vinyl, and the legs guards are from a Mummies Alive
Figure. The ragged claok comes from a Spawn The Black Heart. |
