LEGION OF DOOM:
(l-r) Captain Cold, Brainiac, Black Manta, Riddler, Giganta,
Gorilla Grodd, Lex Luthor, Brainiac, Scarecrow, Toyman
|
|
Brainiac:
Due to the chrome paint, I couldn't get this one to photograph
well at all; regardless, it's a Tortured Souls Venal Anatomica
figure with the arms of a Scavenger from Total Chaos (I
think that's his name). |
Bizarro:
Basically a repaint of a Wetworks Frankenstein; the hair
was Dremeled away and the hair was sculpted on with Kneadatite.
The cape is courtesy a DCD Big Barda. |
|
|
Black Manta:
The upper torso is a Metal Gear Solid Raiden, the lower
body is a Solid Snake, and the scuba apparatus is from a
Danger Girl Major Maxim figure. |
Captain Cold:
Again, another glorified repaint: this time, Necro from
Resaurus's Street Fighter line. Fuzziness courtesy pipe-cleaners. |
Giganta:
A guilty indulgence, this is a Victoria Silvstedt figure whose
hair I dyed with acrylic paint, the costume is lovingly hand-crafted
from cloth, the ankle/wrist bands are Kneadatite, and the breasts
are Dow-Corning.
Grodd:
A Dremeled McFarlane Kong whose head was re-shaped, the chains/belts
sanded off and resculpted on, and Rocky Mavia-esque chops thanks
to clay.
|
|
Luthor:
McFarlane's Jason Wynn was decapitated and a Konnan head
was added on. Props to Iron-Cow for the awesome head. (snicker) |
Riddler:
Some anime figure that I picked up from Suncoast. You know
the guy...in the blue? Anyway, he was decapitated, and a
Riddler Knight Force Ninja head was repainted and added
on. |
|
|
Scarecrow:
A Silent Screamers Graf Orlock was repainted and a Dark
Knight Scarecrow hat was glued on. Hemp twine makes up the
right leg's detail/wrap. |
Toyman:
A Silent Screamers Cesare with a Dremeled head and a simple
repaint. "Toy" Batman and Superman from some kind
of micro playset I got on ebay for a nickel. |
