The Legion of Doom!

Airmax Studios brings you this new DC figure series, The Legion of Doom!

Lex Luthor: That’s a STAS Lex head. The upper body is from the Racer X (Speed Racer) figure with the collar from the Captain Terror (Speed Racer) figure and some rubber bands/plastic for the criss crossing straps. The lower body is from a variant Batman figure with a belt made from Rubber band/vinyl. The arms are from the Undercover Bruce Wayne figure with Magic Sculpt gloves added. The legs are from the original Mr. Freeze figure with Magic Sculpt boots and vinyl/plastic running up the legs. Acrylic paint and a clear coat finished this one off.
Sinestro: Most of this figure is from a BTAS Ras Al Ghul figure. The head has some added Magic Sculpt for the large noggin and hair. There is also a little vinyl for the mustache. The body from Ras, has some added rubber bands for the collar and a rubber band/vinyl belt. The right arm is from a variant STAS Superman and the left is from a variant Batman Beyond. Both arms have some added vinyl for the cuffs. The right arms also has a tiny little ring on there made from vinyl. The legs are Ras’ again with some added Magic Sculpt for the undies and a little vinyl for the boot cuffs. After all the various parts were filed to fit properly it was all painted with acrylic and sealed with clear coat.
Toyman: The head is a modified Joker head with vinyl for the crown. The body is from the Rumble Ready Riddler figure. I added some vinyl for the upper chest costume detail and a rubber band for the belt. The arms are from the original Mr. Freeze figure that have been heavily filed down and slightly built up with Magic Sculpt. The legs are from the same Riddle figure with Magic Sculpt added for the boots. Once again Acrylic and clear coat spray top this one off.
Brainiac: The head is from a Batman Beyond variant figure with some added vinyl and plastic for the details. The upper body is a Batman variant with a bit of vinyl attached around the neck for the collar and the waist is from the Racer X (Speed Racer) figure. I also added a bit or rubber band and vinyl for the belt. The arms are from two separate STAS Superman variant figures with Magic Sculpt added for the cuffs. The legs are from the Racer X (Speed Racer) figure with Magic Sculpt boots and undies. Painted with acrylics and sealed with clear coat to finish it off.
Solomon Grundy: The head is from a Bizzaro STAS figure. The body is a heavily modified BTAS Killer Croc body with Magic Sculpt for the coat and vinyl for the shirt collar. The arms are from a Batman Beyond Happy figure with Magic Sculpt added to make the frayed cuffs. The upper legs are from the Killer Croc figure and the lower legs are from some Beetlejuice figure. Both legs have some Magic Sculpt added. Acrylic paint and clear coat spray and that’s all she wrote on this fella.
