James Cameron’s “Dark Angel” -
Recipes
Thanks to Ada and Sideshow Toys for the parts.
Cat-Burglar Max
I used a Sideshow Sue Storm head. I sculpted her wavy hair.
I made a mould of the Sideshow female torso that I sculpted
earlier. I took a cast. I sculpted her polo-neck jumper and
quilted body-warmer.
I painted her to look like Max. The stand
is a Ferrero Rocher box, painted with a silver paint-pen to
look like a military case. I printed out Max's X5-452 Manticore
barcode.
Basement-Nomalie Joshua
I used a Peter Parker Sideshow head. I removed the tip of
his nose and his upper lip. I resculpted his teeth, lips and
dog-face bone-structure. I made a mould of the Sideshow t-shirt
torso that I sculpted earlier. I took a cast. I smoothed his
neck join and sculpted his clothes, necklace and long wavy hair.
I painted him to look like Joshua. His has some dirt stains
on his clothes. The stand is a Ferrero Rocher box, painted in
silver to look like a military case. I printed out his label
with the Manticore logo.
Cat-Burglar Alec
I used a Jensen head sculpt by Mayling Chan (Ada). I smoothed
out his face to make him a little younger. I altered his hair
to make it more even and improved the hairline. I made a mould
of the Sideshow t-shirt torso that I sculpted earlier. I took
a cast. I smoothed his neck join and sculpted the zip-up top.
I
painted him to look like Alec. The stand is a Ferrero Rocher
box, painted in silver to look like a military case. I printed
out his X5-494 label.
