I sculpted it over a wire armature, then moulded it in silicone with
a Fiberglas jacket to hold the silicone in shape. the cast out was done
in 'fast cast easy flow "I added cenaspheares (tiny little plastic
speares) to bulk out the easy flow. It took about 6 or so pours to fill
the mould & to my suprise it came out (considering all the potential
air traps on its scaley surface) realy well with minimal air bubbles & seems.
the rest is your basic garage kit deal filling, sanding, drilling
to add the wings (which were sculpted & moulded like the body) & painting
