Marvel Universe: Unfinished Business Series 6 is here! As seen from previous CustomCons, this series is dedicated to providing the fans characters in the 5" scale that are long overdue for the plastic treatment.   For CustomCon 13, we'll take a "Journey into Mystery," into the Nine Worlds and Asgard, home of the mighty Thor!  This series will consist of (4) waves of three figures, each with appropriate accessories and each set containing a piece of a bonus giant build-a-figure.

Wave 2:  Balder, Odin and Zeus

This set consists of two lords of Asgard, Odin and Balder as well as a lord of another pantheon, Zeus of the Greek gods.  The noble Balder the Brave is a close friend of Thor.  He ruled Asgard during a time Odin was thought killed by the fire demon Surtur.  Balder's death is prophesized as one of the signs of Ragnorak, the end of the gods.  Thereafter he was made nearly invulnerable to all harm, his only weakness being the mistletoe plant.  Odin, the father of Thor and stepfather to evil Loki, is the wise ruler of the Asgardian race.  Long ago, he sacrificed an eye to the Well of Mimir (knowledge) in his quest for wisdom.  He is attended by the two ravens Muninn (who represents memory) and Huginn (who represents thought).  In combat, he wields Gugnir; the "Spear of Heaven", which is made of the same enchanted metal as is Thor's hammer Mjolnir.  The immortal Zeus, monarch of the sky and lightning, rivals Odin in power.  He is often a staunch ally and friend to the Asgardians, as when they banded together against the threat of the Celestials.  The son of Zeus is Hercules, a fellow Avenger and friend to Thor.
