The Doctor
The Christopher
Eccleston NINTH DOCTOR WHO action figure uses a Frank figure from NECA’s
HELLRAISER action figure series. Frank’s right arm was replaced
with one from a McFarlane Movie Maniacs SHAFT figure. The headsculpt is
a reworked Jean-Luc Picard head. Magic Sculpt and Kneadatite are used
to create the remaining costume details.

Rose Tyler
The Billie
Piper ROSE TYLER action figure sports a variety of parts. She began as
a Vampire Spike from the Buffy/Angel figure line. I replaced Spike’s
torso and hip region with parts from a Kill Bill UMA THURMAN figure. The
lower legs are from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre ERIN figure, while the
head is reworked from a Shrek PRINCESS FIONA figure. Magic Sculpt was
used extensively to reshape the body and create other surface elements.

Captain
Jack Harkness
The John
Barrowman CAPTAIN JACK HARKNESS action figure is half KANEDA, from the
McFarlane AKIRA action figure line, along with the upper half from an
older FARSCAPE action figure. The head and weapons are reworked from the
Movie Maniacs CORPORAL HICKS action figure.

The Empty
Child
The EMPTY
CHILD action figure is a heavily reworked Charlie figure from the recent
“Charley and the Chocolate Factory” remake. I repositioned
Charlie’s arms to make the pose more menacing, and spliced in shins
from an X-Men Evolution STORM figure. The jacket is reworked vinyl, while
the gasmask is reworked from a McFarlane Psycho Mantis figure. The head
itself is created with Magic Sculpt.
